Included hours are used first. If an event goes past them, or adds cameras or destinations, we show the cost before you confirm and hold it on your pre-paid balance.
Your plan comes with tokens every month for exports and highlights. If you run out, buy more from your balance in one click.
Tokens pay for post-game work: 1 token = 1 minute of rendered video. Exporting a 90-minute game uses 90 tokens; a 2-minute highlight reel uses 2. Your plan adds its tokens at the start of each month (unused ones reset the next month). Extra hours, Pay As You Go and paused-season events add tokens when they end (180 per hour on Sports, 120 on Community), valid for 12 months. Tokens are shared across your organization. Need more? $5 per 100 tokens from your balance — bought tokens never expire.
Yes, on every Sports plan including the free trial — no AI add-on. Turn it on or off per event; the price is the same.
Two kinds of video: the final program and your highlights are kept for 1 year on every plan. The raw camera footage (needed to re-edit) is kept 30 days on Team, Community and PAYG, 90 days on Club and Community Plus, and 1 year on League. Before raw footage is deleted we export the program for you automatically, at no token cost, and email you.
Before you schedule an event that goes past your included hours, we show you the extra hours and the cost. Extra hours are $24 on Sports plans and $13 on Community plans, paid from your pre-paid balance.
Sports: 4 AI cameras + 2 more cameras, AI switching, 1 streaming destination and Custom Fallback. Community: 6 cameras, 1 destination and Custom Fallback. Each extra camera or destination (for example YouTube + Facebook) is $3/hour.
Yes. Pause for $15/month: all your footage is kept for up to 12 months, exports and highlights keep working with tokens, and any event you stream is billed at the Pay As You Go rate. Resume your plan anytime.
Anytime. If a change shortens how long footage is kept, your existing videos keep the longer window for 30 more days.
After 3 hours or 14 days — whichever comes first — you move to Pay As You Go ($25/hour Sports, $15/hour Community) or subscribe to a plan. Your account, events and videos are kept.
YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, and any custom RTMP destination. One destination is included per event; each extra one is $3/hour.
